Vefa Group, which is the leader of the pre-fabricated and light weight steel sector, has taken its place at “Ashgabat Expo Build” exhibition, which has been organised as being special for the Turkish construction companies.
64 companies have participated from Turkey at the “Ashgabat Expo Build” fair, which has organised at capital city of Turkmenistan, Ashkabat during 27 and 29 January and which has lasted for 3 days. Vefa Pre-Fabricated Constructions, which has constructed 15.000 square metres of construction site within the borders of Turkmenistan so far, has been talked about a lot again during the first construction fair of 2010.

Vefa Group is continuing with its projects in Turkmenistan without any delay. Vefa Group, which especially considers the cold climate of Turkmenistan, has used powder coated sheet metal panel system, which is more against the cold, at the construction site that it has erected for the construction of Jebel Cement Plant. Social facilities like dormitories for workers and engineers, office buildings and cafeteria, which are fit for the purpose, are contained in the construction site.
Construction in Turkmenistan, Giant Investment
Vefa Group, which is aiming to increase its market share that is available in the Turkish World by increasing its investments in Turkmenistan, is with the belief that the relationship between Turkey and Turkmenistan has been improved better still because of the “Ashgabat Expo Build” Fair. Turkmenistan, which has its fame in Central Asia as being rich in terms of the natural gas, has achieved great developments especially in the construction sector after it has gained its independence.
The Turkmenistan administration is aiming to make 23.6 billion dollar investment for the construction sector within 2 years. Total of 20 billion dollar worth of investment has been made so far in Turkmenistan, which is the most important base for the Turkish construction companies in Central Asia.
